So when I left you yesterday, i wasn't sure yet what i was going to do about lunch but jess convinced me to get frozen yogurt on the way to the polls to vote so i got fat free/sugar free strawberry with pieces of brownie in it and it was scrumptous. I was nervous about it hurting my stomach but it was fine. Then last night for dinner I had a chicken wrap which was really really good and then I ate kind of alot of trailmix for dessert..I have such an addition to that stuff it's sick. Luckily it's just about gone and I won't buy anymore after that. Last night I just drank beer when I was out and i even resisted the temptation of pizza, so i didn't have any late night eating which was good. This morning I pooped a few times ( i think from the beer ) and then went to the gym, which was also good. I had oatmeal for breakfast and my stomach has been feeling a little crampy today but i think it's probably from all the beer. For lunch i'm going to finish the tuna on an english muffin,hopefully that wasn't what made my stomach hurt monday because i'm about to eat it again. For dinner i'm going to make some tilapia and probably just some brown rice. Tomorrow is another run, i'm going back to my old routine after the difficulty of tuesday's!

Good morning! Well yesterday after i wrote you, i had a tuna sandwhich for lunch and some trail mix and then for dinner i had some chicken and red peppers and my stomach was very pained last night, lots of gas pains. I also had a sugar free jell-o. but i just cant figure out what it is thats making it hurt, because i cant remember the exact time it started hurting, but i think it was a little bit before dinner. Anyway, it was uncomfortable and i think my run this morning suffered as a result of it-that and the fact that my legs were really sore from yesterday. I decided to switch it up and run the opposite way that i noramally do because there is this really big hill up atherton that i usually have right at the end of my run and i thought it would be easier going down it. well i was definitely wrong, the little hills elsewhere killed me, i think it was just the timing of them and i dont know, but i couldnt finish it. I have my last speech today so i'm praying to god that my stomach doesn't start to hurt me. I had cereal for breakfast and i won't eat anything else until after that so hopefully i should be fine. I'm not quite sure what i'll eat for lunch yet but i'm going to have a chicken wrap for dinner and then we are going out again tonight i think. I would really like to have an apple with peanut butter for lunch but i dont have any apples so it depends if i remember/feel like getting one after class.

Well last night for dinner i made talapia but i got very nervous because i realized half way through eating it that it wasn't cooked all the way! Luckily it didn't make me sick, but my stomach felt kind of bad last night. Anyway i had tilapia with brown rice and some raw red peppers for dinner last night and then some trail mix for dessert, it was really good. This morning i went to the gym already...mondays are my least favorite days because they are ALL legs and my legs are very tired now. Then for breakfast i ate a fiber one bar and some special k cereal. I have to confess, a few minutes ago i also ate an oreo. Moment of weakness..it wasn't even that good it was kind of stale. For lunch i'm going to have tuna on health nut bread, its really good bread. Then i think katie is going to make chicken for dinner so i'll probably have a meal similar to mine last night. I'll keep you updated!

I don't know why I have such a hard time keeping up with this over the weekend but I've been terrible. Anyway, thursday was a beautiful day and i went for a great run, ran for 30 minutes and 3 miles. My stomach didn't hurt on thursday either, i had oatmeal in the morning and then in the afternoon i had chips and guacamole and a margarita it was so good and relaxing. Thursday night i just had some strawberries and whipped cream before we went out again and i wanted to stick with beer but i ended up drinking alot of vodka and cranberries. Thursday eating wise wasnt a good day. Friday i ate a sandwhich and a cookie at the hospital and then we didn't end up going to the gym, we drank beer and ate chips and salsa for dinner. Saturday i had half of a turkey sandwhich, half of a pulled pork sanwhich, some mini donut holes, and then a turkey wrap for dinner plus alot of beer. it was blue and white weekend up here and there was just alot of tailgating and drinking. I went for the same run on saturday morning though so that was good. Today i was hoping to go for a run but its pouring out, i had an egg white omlet for breakfast with ham, cheese, and spinach and an english muffin and hash browns but i only ate about half of the hash browns and i didnt finish the omlet either. My stomach has been pretty good the last few days, it was feeling crampy after my run on saturday but i took some aleve and it seemed to help. Only two more weeks of school and the college lifestyle, i need to try to keep being good!

So i felt compelled to write again because i experienced the worst cramps and stomach pains this afternoon due to trapped gas that i think i ever have, and it makes no sense because i pooped three times today! this is really leading me to believe that my digestive system no longer wants to digest a certain product, and it must be something found in alot of common foods because it seems like no matter what i eat, it hurts. This afternoon for lunch i had that tuna with an english muffin, grapes, some trail mix, some saltines. i have no idea what out of that could have caused the pain. Then for dinner i ate a hot dog plus i had an extra hot dog bun and then i had two tiny cookies and i mean i've been passing gas for a while but its still painful. i hate this.
